Right now, I use the penny method where I require you to send me 2 photos! One of your thumb on a flat surface with a coin in the photo, which can be £1 or 1 euro. I don't have any American coins currently, but I will acquire some, and the second photo of the rest of your fingers flat on a surface

Because every single set of custom nails is handmade to order, I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds. To ensure you love your set, I always send over photos and videos of your finished nails before they get shipped out! Once your package arrives, I highly recommend checking each press-on against your natural nail before glueing them down to double-check the sizing. If you find that any of the sizes aren't quite right, please don't worry! Just drop me a message with a quick photo of the fit, and I will gladly ship out replacement nails for the specific ones that don't fit. Thank you all so much for your amazing support!

The preset prices on my pre-made sets are non-negotiable. For custom sets, prices range from my lowest price of £20 to my highest of £45. I factor in charms, 3d, the number of colours/details and how long the set will take me when pricing a custom set.
